I remember coming as a guest to my first SABA meeting, and Sue Kersemeier was the president. Sue introduced herself and made me feel very welcome. It was not long before I got to know others who were at my table and nearby tables during the monthly luncheons. I remember SABA Board members like Dan Mortensen and Tammy Klatt taking time to introduce me to others around the room.
